How it works

Everything happens in Telegram. This page explains each step; the exact mechanics are in the Rules.

1. Start the bot

Open the bot from the button on this site. It asks for your name (as in your ID, in Latin letters), your phone number and your email, once. We book with exactly these details, so they must match the document you bring.

Before anything personal, the bot shows the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and asks you to agree. It also asks one question that matters: whether you already hold an appointment for this service, because the booking system allows only one per email.

2. Bid for a window

Choose one of the time windows: today, today and tomorrow, tomorrow, this week, next week or the week after. Then you pay in Telegram Stars, in two payments: first an entry fee, then your bid. The bot shows both amounts before you pay, and the time you have to finish.

If the bid does not follow in time, the entry is cancelled and the fee is returned in full. Once you are in the queue, you can raise your bid whenever you like and pay only the difference.

Buying Telegram Stars

Stars are Telegram’s own currency. You buy them inside Telegram, from the payment window that opens when you pay, with the payment methods your Telegram offers. Refunds go back to the same Stars balance, never as cash.

3. We keep watch

Day and night, we look at the official booking system for slots that open when someone cancels. You do not need to do anything. Once a day the bot sends a short summary of where you stand in each queue, at the time you chose.

4. The first place is booked

When a slot opens, it goes to the highest bid that covers its day, across every window it falls in. We book it in your name and send you, in Telegram, the date, time, office address and activation code. Bring the activation code: it is what the office asks for. Only now is your bid spent.

Cancelling or leaving

You can withdraw a bid any time before it wins: its deposit comes back, the entry fee does not. A bid that has not won after at most 21 days ends by itself, with the same refund. If you want to cancel a booking we made, do it in the bot: nothing is refunded, because the win was already charged, and the slot goes back to the official system.

The messages you get

We keep messages few: the daily summary, a note when someone outbids you into second place or when you reach first, a question on the last day of your window about where to move your bid, a warning the day before a bid ends, and of course your booking. Nothing else. You can turn the daily summary off in /settings.
