Rules

These are the rules in force when you place a bid. They are part of the Terms of Service.

What the service is

eone is an independent service. We are not the official booking system and not affiliated with it or any authority. We watch the official system for slots that open when someone cancels, and book one for you, in your own name. Appointments are free at the source; we charge for the watching and the booking.

Bidding

  • Entering a queue is two payments in Telegram Stars: an entry fee, then a deposit equal to your bid. Both must be paid within the time the bot shows; if the deposit does not follow, the entry is cancelled and the fee is returned in full.
  • Bid amounts are multiples of the step, between the minimum and the maximum set for each queue. The amounts are shown in the bot before you pay.
  • You can raise your bid at any time and pay only the difference. A bid is never lowered: to bid less, withdraw it and enter again, with a new entry fee.
  • One bid per queue per person. There is a limit on how many entries you can make into a queue per day.

The order

  • The highest bid comes first.
  • Equal bids are in the order they were reached: whoever bid first is ahead.
  • A bid that returns from being on hold ranks below equal bids already in the queue.

Time windows

There are six windows: today, today and tomorrow, tomorrow, this week, next week and the week after. Each is a set of real working days, shown with its dates in the bot. A bid holds real dates, not a window label. A window that has no working day left today is not offered until it has one.

When windows overlap

A slot on a given day goes to the highest bid across every window that day falls in, ties to whoever bid first. Put plainly: your bid can win a slot on any day it covers, whichever window you entered it in, and a window’s queue shows everyone who covers one of its days. So the same bid can appear in several windows.

Same-day slots

A same-day slot can start as soon as 15 minutes after we book it: people are waiting and ready, and the office allows that margin. Bid for “Today” only when you can go at once.

When your days pass

A bid does not end when its days pass without a slot: it moves. In the evening of its last day the bot asks where to move it; if you do not answer, it moves by itself at midnight. You can choose “move automatically from now on”. A moved bid keeps its amount and its original place among equal bids.

The 21-day limit

A bid lives at most 21 days from the day you entered, and moving it never restarts that count. The day before it ends, the bot warns you. When it ends, its deposit is refunded and the entry fee is kept.

Refunds

  • Withdrawing a bid refunds its deposits. The entry fee is kept once you are in the queue: it is not refundable.
  • If an entry is not completed in time, nothing was assigned, so the entry fee is refunded in full.
  • A payment that fits no state (a duplicate, a late payment) is refunded automatically.
  • Refunds are in Telegram Stars, to the Telegram account that paid, never as cash. A booking we have made is not refundable.

One appointment per email

The booking system allows one appointment per email for each service. If the email you give us already holds one, we cannot book another. There are two ways to be bookable: hold no booking for this service (cancel yours before you bid: the reliable way), or give us an email you are 100% sure has never been used for it. If in doubt, choose the first.

If a booking is refused because of that rule

Your bid goes on hold: it keeps its amount and its deposits, with no penalty. You can bring it back in the bot, after cancelling the existing appointment or by switching to a safe email, or withdraw it for a refund.

After a win

You get the date, time, office address and activation code in Telegram, and your bid is charged at that moment. Your other bids on the same service pause, because the booking system allows one appointment per email. You can keep them paused (they can return once that booking is cancelled or has passed) or withdraw them for a refund.

Cancelling a booking we made

Do it in the bot. Nothing is refunded, because the win was already charged, and the slot goes back to the official system, not to our queue.

Limits

To keep the queues fair there is a limit on entries per queue per day, and on unfinished entries per day and per week. The bot tells you when you reach one and when you can enter again.

If the bot changes

Links on this site always lead to the current bot. If we ever have to move to a new bot, money held through the old one is refunded by it, and we tell you in the bot, on this site and, in an emergency, by one email.
