Questions and answers

Short answers. The complete mechanics are on the Rules page.

The service

Is this the official booking service?

No. eone is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by the official booking system or any authority. Appointments are free in the official system; you pay us for watching for cancelled slots and booking one for you, in your own name.

How do you get a slot for me?

We watch the official booking system around the clock. When someone cancels and a slot opens, we book it for the highest bid that covers that day. Every booking is made for a real person, in their own name: nothing is booked speculatively or resold.

Which appointments do you cover?

For now, identity-document appointments in Chișinău. More services may follow.

Why Telegram?

You pay with Stars, hear from us the moment your position matters, and receive your booking, with no new account or app to install.

Is it open to everyone?

Not yet. The service is in closed beta, open to a small group of early users, while we test it with real appointments.

Money

What does it cost?

Two things, both in Telegram Stars: an entry fee, once per entry, and your bid. The amounts are shown in the bot before you pay, and they can differ from queue to queue. Only a booking spends your bid.

Can I get my Stars back?

Your bid, yes: withdraw it any time, or it comes back by itself when it ends, after at most 21 days. The entry fee is kept once you are in the queue, and returned in full only if you do not finish entering in time. A booking we have made cannot be refunded.

Why is there an entry fee?

It pays for the watching and keeps the queues fair, because entering is not free of consequences. Once you are in the queue it is final; if your entry is not completed in time, nothing was assigned, so it is returned in full.

How do refunds arrive?

In Telegram Stars, to the Telegram account that paid, usually within minutes. Never as cash.

Queues and windows

Who gets a slot when several people want it?

The highest bid that covers the slot’s day, across every window it falls in. Equal bids go to whoever bid first. See the order.

What if my window’s days pass without a slot?

Your bid moves on instead of ending. In the evening of its last day the bot asks where to move it; if you do not answer, it moves at midnight by itself.

Can I raise or lower my bid?

You can raise it at any time and pay only the difference. A bid is never lowered; to bid less, withdraw it (you get the bid back) and enter again with a new entry fee.

Bookings

What happens when I win a slot?

We book it in your name and send you the date, time, office address and activation code in Telegram. Your bid is charged at that moment, not before.

Can I cancel a booking you made for me?

Yes, in the bot. Nothing is refunded, and the slot goes back to the official system.

What is the one-appointment-per-email rule?

The booking system allows one appointment per email for each service. If the email you gave us already holds one, we cannot book another. Cancel the existing appointment first (the reliable way), or give us an email you are sure was never used for this service. See How it works.

What if the booking system refuses my booking because of it?

Your bid goes on hold, keeping its amount and deposits and with no penalty. Fix the cause in the bot and it returns to the queue.

Your data

What do you know about me?

Your name, phone and email, which you give once. They are stored encrypted and used only to book for you. You can delete them at any time with /delete in the bot. Read the Privacy Policy.

Who can see my bid?

Anyone in the bot can see the queue, with names masked, like Ol•••a M. Nobody sees your details.
